Gary gets his chance when the magical cloak of recently deceased superhero, the Nightwalker, is delivered right to his doorstep. But is he evil enough to be a supervillain? What will his wife think?
Follow Gary as he becomes Merciless: The Supervillain Without MercyTM. Gary will finds himself bouncing from one insane situation to another. But maybe the world’s worst supervillain can be its best hero. Or at least a passable one.
DRYP: The Final Pandemic by R.A. Scheuring
Narrated by Johnny Heller
An old world killer is back. The race is on to stop a catastrophic pandemic.
After an exchange student with bubonic plague turns up in a Reno hospital, a contractor with identical symptoms dies in Los Angeles.
The government‘s official stance is that the cases are isolated and the outbreak is under control. But George Mack, a 30-year public health veteran, quickly realizes this is no ordinary plague. The death toll is too high, and the spread pattern make no sense. As Reno’s hospitals fill with plague victims, Mack begins to believe that there is more to the epidemic than the CDC is letting on – and that he must take drastic steps if he hopes to save his city.
Medical resident Dr. Susan Barry just wants to finish her training and get a real job. But when plague patients start showing up in her Los Angeles hospital, her plans for the future suddenly go off the rails. Faced with a growing crisis, Susan teams up with an old research mentor to determine the unthinkable: Is the rapidly spreading plague an act of bioterrorism? Racing against the clock, Susan must also confront another disturbing possibility. She may be one of the plague’s few survivors.
In eastern Oregon, John Harr makes a pact with his fellow ranchers to keep the “California” plague out of the high desert where they live. Using roadblocks and quarantine, Harr and his neighbors think they’ve secured their home – until a mysterious and heavily armed convoy comes to town, and Harr must use training from his past life in the military to protect the people he loves.

Desperate for another mission, Destota and seven of the original Nightstalkers strike out to the destroyed ruins of Vandor to investigate a strange anomaly in the gravity fields. What they find is a horror beyond human comprehension that will drive humanity to the brink of extinction.
CyberWar: A CyberStorm Novel by Matthew Mather
Narrated by R.C. Bray
International borders slammed shut. Communications wrecked.
GPS signals nonexistent. Worldwide power blackouts.
The planet balances on the edge of chaos.
Chechen separatists destroyed thousands of satellites in orbit, the effects crippling the world’s militaries. Power and communications failures sweep the planet while emergency services are hobbled as fires and powerful storms rip across America.
Still recovering from his injuries, Mike Mitchell returns to his family at Senator Seymour’s residence in Virginia, the place a fortress secured by dozens of Secret Service agents. The CIA has tracked down the terrorists that launched the attacks and offers a front-row seat to watch events unfold as a SEAL team closes in – but the video feed goes dead.
Outside the senator’s house, thudding detonations as an attack begins.
Scrambling to stay alive, Mike realizes the onslaught isn’t only against the Seymour residence in Virginia, but that a furious blitz has begun all over the country. As the full weight of America’s military presses on stopping these terrorists, how are the attacks possible? Is it an invasion? Or something more sinister?
With their lives and the fate of the nation hanging in the balance, the bigger question becomes – who is the real enemy?
Amid the Crowd of Stars by Stephen Leigh
Narrated by Tanya Eby
Amid the Crowd of Stars is a grand-scale science fiction novel examining the ethical implications of interstellar travel, a topic rarely addressed in science fiction novels. What responsibilities do we have to isolate ourselves from the bacteria, viruses, and other life of another world, and to prevent any of that alien biome from being brought back to Earth? What happens when a group of humans is stranded for centuries on another world with no choice but to expose themselves to that world? After such long exposure, are they still Homo sapiens or have they become another species entirely? These questions are at the heart of this intriguing novel, explored through the complicated lives and the viewpoints of the people who have come to rescue the stranded colony, the members of that colony, and the sentient alien life that dwells on the planet. Difficult life and death choices will be made by all involved.
The Between by Ryan Leslie
Narrated by Geoff Sturtevant
The Parliament House
While landscaping his backyard, ever-conscientious Paul Prentice discovers an iron door buried in the soil. His childhood friend and perpetual source of mischief, Jay Lightsey, pushes them to explore what’s beneath.
When the door slams shut above them, Paul and Jay are trapped in a between-worlds place of Escher-like rooms and horror story monsters, all with a mysterious connection to a command-line, dungeon explorer computer game from the early ’80s called The Between.
Paul and Jay find themselves filling roles in a story that seems to play out over and over again. But in this world, where their roles warp their minds, the biggest threat to survival may not be the Ko?Maro, risen from the Between’s depths to hunt them; the biggest danger may be each other.
Sidekick by Jaime Castle, C.J. Valin
Narrated by Jack Meloche
My name is Sawyer William Vincent – I know, it sounds like three first names – but most people know me as the Red Raptor.
Well, technically no one knows I’m the Red Raptor, he’s just a bit more popular.
Wow. Enough about my name. Let me start over. I’m a superhero – the legendary Black Harrier’s partner. Not sidekick. I don’t care if I’m still in high school. We work together to bring down the city’s most dangerous villains.
When the Black Harrier gets a mysterious note, then goes missing in New York City, things are pretty much left up to me. But don’t worry…I’ve got this. Piece of cake.
If you like Tim Drake as Robin or ever wondered what Peter Parker would be like if he lived in Gotham, Rap-tors is right up your alley.
From number one Audible best seller Jaime Castle and CJ Valin comes a new superhero universe perfect for fans of both DC and Marvel.
Actually, it’s for fans of anything superhero-related. You’re gonna like it. Promise.
Mixed Plate by Jo Koy
Narrated by Jo Koy
A stunning, hilarious memoir displaying Koy’s “wide-ranging comedic talent and abundant wells of perseverance” (Kirkus Reviews, starred). Mixed Plate illuminates the burning drive and unique humor that make Jo Koy one of today’s most successful comedians.
Well guys, here it is – my story. A funny, sad, at times pathetic but also kick-ass tale of how a half-Filipino, half-white kid whose mom thought (and still thinks) his career goal was to become a clown became a success. Not an overnight success, because that would have made for a really short listen, but an All-American success who could give my immigrant mom the kind of life she hoped for when she came to this country, and my son the kind of life I wished I’d had as a kid. With all the details of what it felt like to get the doors closed in my face, to grind it out on the road with my arsenal of dick jokes, and how my career finally took off once I embraced the craziness of my family, which I always thought was uniquely Filipino but turns out, is as universal as it gets.
In this book, I’ll take you behind the mic, behind the curtain – okay, way behind it. From growing up with a mom who made me dance like Michael Jackson at the Knights of Columbus, to some real dark stuff, the stuff we don’t talk about often enough as immigrants. Mental health, poverty, drinking. And show you the path to my American Dream. Which was paved with a lot of failure, department store raffle tickets to win free color televisions, bad jokes, old VHS tapes, a motorcycle my mom probably still hates, the only college final I aced (wasn’t math), and getting my first laugh on stage.
In this book, I get serious about my funny. And I want to make you laugh a little while I do it. I’m like Hawaii’s favorite lunch – the mixed plate. Little bit of this, a little bit of that. My book Mixed Plate is, too.

Pride & Papercuts by Staci Hart
Narrated by Mia Madison, Aiden Snow
Hate is a strong word.
Depending on the company, loathe is a good substitute. Abhor might be a little fancy, but it gets the job done. But the word that really sums up how I feel about Liam Darcy is, without question, hate.
He doesn’t seem to think much of me either. The second he lays his fault-seeking eyes on me, he sets out to oppose me. Everything about him is imposing, as if he consumes the nearby air to power the rise and fall of his broad chest, and it’s clear he resents my presence on his advertising team. Every idea I have is shot down. Every olive branch I offer is set on fire by nothing more than the blistering coals he calls eyes.
In return, I light him up with my words. It’s not as if he can dismiss me, since I work for his client, Wasted Words. Instead, he’s forced to tolerate me, which seems the closest we’ll ever be to friends. Fine by me. I can be civil and still hate Liam Darcy.
But if there’s more to him than his exterior shows, I won’t be able to hate him at all.
I might stumble over that line between love and hate and fall right into his arms.
